Recruitment Process

ABS-CBN ensures that applicants experience an efficient and convenient job application process. 

 Applicants start by checking job vacancies through the ABS-CBN Careers website, Company social media pages, and other sourcing platforms like Prosple. Interested Kapamilyas must complete the online application form. 

Applications received are reviewed and screened by the HR Team of ABS-CBN. Those who pass the initial screening are invited for a virtual interview. Further shortlisted applicants are endorsed for the next level interview and assessment with the Hiring Managers. Assessment methods employed by the Hiring Managers vary depending on the technicalities of the function or nature of the job. Applicants who pass the assessment of the Hiring Managers will be guided through the pre-employment process and other hiring steps.
